This website was constructed using the latest recommendation from the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), the people who
invented the World Wide Web. These recommendations are designed to maximize
accessability of the information contained on a webpage to the widest variety of
user agents (web browsers, cell phones, braile readers, text to speech readers,
PDAs, etc.). The site looks best in a CSS level 2 compliant browser (Internet Explorer 5.5+, Netscape 6+, Opera 5+, to name a few)
It is my goal to continue improving the website over time. If you are having
